I’m back to share another Hennessey family favourite! This recipe is super easy and comes together in less than an hour. We live to serve it around the holidays and it’s a great gift to throw in a tin for those last minute parties and gifts. Keep reading below for the recipe:
38 oz of white melting wafers (Wilton brand or if you’re in Canada, Bulk Barn has these in bulk)
1 bag (regular size) of Pretzels (we use rods, but twists will work too)
1 bag Chex cereal (I prefer Honey Nut Cheerios though)
1 -2 lbs peanuts (salted or unsalted)
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Use microwave or double boiler to melt wafers. Pour melted chocolate into dry ingredients and toss until coated. Spread on cookie sheets and place in fridge until hard. Break apart like bark and serve.
Stores well in fridge, within an airtight container.
